With an expertise of 15+ years of international work experience, Charlotte is passionate about her work and eager to satisfy her clients (and as a result of that , herself). Ants Marching logo is one of her creation. She brings the touch of Asian culture the team was missing, as well as a contagious smile.

Initially a web programmer, she started to optimize websites for fun, 9 years ago. Since then she never stopped and she always keeps herself informed and updated with new techniques and finds new ones. The other Ants are not completely informed of what she is doing over her personal computer. But they all know what the final result is: ranking high on Search Engines. It should be enough.

Before graduating, Manuel started to play with websites. From the first HTML version to the most updated CMS, to the Social Media Integration, Manuel gives to every product the right attention. You'll find him discussing a lot with the designers and the marketing professionals. Even when he says No – we can't do/find it he then sits and finds the solution for us. He has the ability to translate the great design, he works to get the right functionalities and provide a unique website.
